Everything You Need to Know About the New iPhones

The anticipation and speculations for the new Apple iPhones for 2018-2019 are finally over. Last night, Apple revealed three new models to the iPhone line: XS, XS Max, and XR.

Apple made the iPhone XR which is the new “budget” iPhone. The XR is relatively cheaper than the XS line but without compromising the new features. The XR also comes in colorful variation just like the iPhone 5C: Black, White, Red, Blue, Yellow, and Coral.

Just like the iPhone X, the new iPhone line supports face ID for security to unlock the phone, as well as logging in to apps, and accounts.

Here are all the new features in the brand new iPhones to help you decide to do the upgrade:

Here’s a faster iPhone with the A12 bionic chip

If your iPhone always lags and has the worst battery life, the reason why is because your iPhone 6 still has an A8 chip and iPhone 6s has the A9 chip.

With the new iPhones, the A12 bionic chip is currently the smartest chip for Apple has. Compared to the  A11 chip of the iPhone X, 8, and 8Plus, the XS, XS Max, and XR A12 chip promises up to 50% faster graphics performance, 15% faster performance cores, and up to 50% lower power usage. This gives the users faster performance even though you’re using various apps at the same time.

The new iPhone camera works almost like a professional camera

We all know how images simply look better taken from an iPhone compared to any other smartphones. Just like the old models, the new iPhone camera sticks to its color accuracy (only greater) and reduces the noise in low-light photos.

Up your phonetography game by the best camera Apple has ever made. The iPhone XS, XS Max, and XR introduce Depth Control. With this, you can now adjust the aperture of the photos for better portrait photos. You can also enjoy night phonetography with its enhanced bokeh with sophisticated background blurs, just like any professional camera.

As for the XS and XS Max, its dual 12MP rear cameras have a 1.8 wide-angle lens, a 2.4 telephoto lens, a portrait mode, and shoots 4K videos. And its TrueDepth front camera has a 2.2 wide-angle lens, a portrait mode for your selfies, and shoots 1080p high definition videos

On the other hand,  the XR does not have a dual rear camera but it can still produce the same quality of images and photos that the XS and XR create.

First dual-Sim iPhone, its size, and price

Apple has finally made their iPhones dual-sim. However, the second sim is only for the eSim which is a non-removable sim that sits among the internal parts of an iPhone.

The iPhone XS features a 5.8″ Super Retina Display, while the XS Max features a 6.5″ Super Retina Display. The iPhone XR also introduces the most advanced LCD in the industry, the Liquid Retina with a 6.1″ display.

According to the Apple website, the 64G iPhone XS will retail at $999 or PhP54,000, XS Max at $1099 or PhP59,400 and the XR at $749 or PhP40,500.
